WHAT IF I HAVE GUESTS?

If you have guests, please direct them to the CIC Concierge. We will give you a call when they arrive, and ask you to come to the front desk to greet them.

Interested in reserved parking? We also have a few reserved parking spots available for $30/month. Send an email to helpme4240@cic.us and let us know. If we don't have a spot open, we will put you on the waitlist.

 

IS SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO WALK ME TO MY CAR?

Yes! If you call 314.265.2396 and request a security guard, someone will come to the front desk of the building within 10 minutes to walk you to your car safely. This service is available 24 hours a day, and on weekends.

 

WHAT HOURS CAN I GET INTO THE BUILDING?

You can access the building 24/7 with your building card. 

 

CAN I HAVE FOOD DELIVERED TO CIC?

Absolutely! We will give you a call when it arrives, and ask you to come pick it up at the front desk. If you're able, tip in advance so that the delivery person can be on their way. Otherwise, keep in mind that the delivery person will be waiting at the desk until you come!

WHERE DO I GET MY MAIL AND PACKAGES?

You can pick up your mail from your company's folder in the mail room, which is located to the right of the concierge desk. If you receive a package, we will email you a notification and you can pick those up from the shelves in the mailroom. 

 

Is There a Shredder on site?

There are two! For normal documents, there is a small shredder in the mail room. For those who need a secure or large shredder, we have a locked shred box next to the Arch printer in the green hall.

 

I need a notary! Can you help?

We can! Please email: notaries-stlouis@cic.us. One of our onsite notary publics will respond within 1 business day to set up an appointment. If your need is urgent, please feel free to visit Commerce Bank at 901 South Vandeventer Avenue. They offer notary services for a $2 fee. Please call in advance at (314) 746-7106 or (314) 746-7113 to ensure that a notary will be available.

 

YOUR OFFICE AND TEAM

CAN I SHARE MY KEY WITH MY TEAM MEMBERS?

No, please don't! Each member of your team should have his or her own keycard. 

 

WHAT IF I LOSE MY KEYS?

If you lose your keys, please let our team know as soon as possible, so that we can have them deactivated. We will replace your CIC keycard twice at no cost. Following that, a replacement key will cost $25. 

 

WHAT IF OUR TEAM IS GROWING/SHRINKING?

If you are adding a new team member, please let our team know at least a few days in advance. In order to get them all setup, we'll need their name, email address, cell number, regular vs. offsite status, and start date. 

If one of your team members is leaving, please let us know in advance of the date, so that we can get their keycards back and deactivate them. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A "REGULAR" AND AN "OFFSITE" EMPLOYEE?

An “Offsite Associate” can acquire a keycard for no additional service fee and is welcome to use CIC in the following ways:

  1. Office use. Works out of CIC about four days per month or up to eight hours per week. An example would be someone from out of town who needs access to the office once a quarter for a few days.

  2. Conference Rooms. May attend meetings as guests but are not able to book or host their own meetings in conference rooms.

  3. Setup.  Does not include phone/phone line or furniture (teknion desk, file caddy and Aeron chair).

 

WHAT ARE THE FURNITURE OFFERINGS?

Our initial office setup for each regular role on your team is one teknion desk and one Aeron desk chair. 

The following additional items are available on request:

  • teknion caddy file cabinets
  • soft seating
  • wall shelves
  • whiteboards and bulletin boards
  • power strips, extension cords, and ethernet cables

We can also coordinate changes to the office, such as the addition of whiteboard paint or a vinyl logo, although there will be an additional pass through cost.

CAN I HAVE AN EXTRA CHAIR OR DESK?

CIC typically provides one chair and one desk per person on your team. 

 

DOES CIC PROVIDE OFFICE SUPPLIES?

We do not typically provide office supplies. However, if you need something in a pinch (i.e. rubber bands, staples, tape), please don't hesitate to come ask us! There are also mailing and packing supplies available for your use in the mailroom.

 

CAN I UNLOCK MY OFFICE DOOR?

Yes, you can set your door in "office mode" during the daytime hours. This can be done by lifting the internal handle on the door and holding your key over the lock on the outside until it stops beeping. At 6:00pm, the door will automatically lock again, or you can re-lock it yourself before that time by using the same process. 

 

IS MY OFFICE SECURE? 

Yes, your office is secure. We have camera surveillance throughout the space, and your team has unique access to your office door.
